The Menu will be Brisket & Pork Ribs, Slaw & Cowboy Beans. Fountain Soft Drinks, Tea and Lemonade will be included. The bar will be open as a cash bar. Please note there are Vegetarian options for the Main Course – Portobello Mushroom or Seitan, both smoked. There are also Vegetarian sides available. You can note your preferences on the reservation/payment form. The total cost per person exceeds the $25/$10 per person, so if you are inclined to help us cover the costs, please add that to your total.
